I received the package earlier in the week- thank you! The cards look fantastic. More beautiful than I had imagined the final
result to be. A few of the printed envelopes came out with some ink spots, but overall I am very satisfied with the invitations. You also might want to consider doing something about the very strong chemical odor (the cards smell of mothballs). I realize that this might have been a reaction to some earlier complaints of the cards smelling like
spices, but I believe the smell of spices is much more preferable to that of chemicals. However, these are all minor setbacks. Overall, I believe your service to be a very efficient and affordable one. Thank you again.

The cards are just as promised with no mistakes and look really elegant. You did an excellent job. We have already recommended your website to 3 other people whose wedding will be coming up in the next year.

The only suggestion that I can think of is in regards to the envelope that are included. The tissue type
material is good for the cover of the card itself, but maybe not the envelope. It seems a bit flimsy to mail
by itself. But this is easily remedied by enclosing in a larger envelope. This is not a complaint, just a
suggestion...

The cards have been delivered. I think the cards look great! I love the gold printing on the inserts.The only negative comment I have is that some of the cards have marks or heavy imprints on the lotus design on the front of the cards.
These should have been replaced with ones in good condition. But overall, I love it and I appreciate that you have

Please forgive my delay in responding. The card arrived on Wednesday the 10th. They were beautiful,and I set myself immediately to addressing them and mailing them out. Already, I am receiving responses..... some friends have called and said they had never gotten an invitation that was so beautiful -so they just had to call right away. Others have
said that parts of the envelop had ripped in the mail - yet everything was inside.
Do you ship any other way than the fastest UPS? I would like to order in the future for other events or even cards to sell - but the shipping costs are way too high.

Your service is excellent.
I am quite satisfied with the job, except that on the main invitation card there is not sufficient space on top and bottom of text. Please see the original layout I had sent, where there was more space on top and bottom. On the cards received, this margin is very much reduced - making for a "crowded" edge to edge layout.
It is my fault for not noticing this in the jpg attachments - but it is not so obvoius there. A slighlty lesser leading in text would maintain the type size and matter, and also make for a better layout.
Other things are quite satisfactory.

and the quality is exceptional.  I cannot wait to show my fiance who
lives in Barbados West Indies.  There is one issue that I need to
discuss is that I was not aware that I was expected to pay an
additional £35 on delivery of these card which was disappointing.  Can
you advise why this was not explained.

My one concern is that ee had to pay custom duties which was not good.
